Where are you located?
We are a licensed residential kitchen located in Kingston, MA.
Do you have a Storefront?
At this time Le Sucre Bake Shop does not have a brick and mortar location. Online orders only.
Do you accommodate allergies?
Allergy Notice: we will use allergy friendly ingredients when requested, however Le Sucre Bake Shop's kitchen is NOT a gluten, dairy, soy, or nut free facility so there is a chance of cross contamination, no matter how careful we are. You can read through our Ingredients Glossary for more details.
When should I place my order?
Custom cookies and cakes require at least 2 weeks notice, however, we do book custom orders months in advance. So be sure to reach out as soon as you know you'll be celebrating to ensure availability! Seasonal menu items require 48 hours notice.
Do you have a cancellation policy?
Yes! If you have to cancel or postpone your order we do not offer any refunds, however we try to be as accommodating as possible with credits towards your next order. For Custom orders, if you're able to give us at least 30 days notice we will gladly transfer your deposit to credit towards a future order.
If within 30 days of your event a credit cannot be guaranteed. Credits can only be transferred/postponed once and are valid for 90 days past your original cancelation date. All Seasonal orders are non-refundable due to the 48+ hr turnaround. All payments made are considered an acknowledgement of our cancelation policy.
Do you have a delivery fee?
Yes! Delivery is calculated by mile for all Custom orders. For Seasonal orders we offer limited delivery radiuses based on distance from our bake shop:
0-5 miles: $10
5-10 miles: $20
10-15 miles: $30
Delivery for Seasonal items is calculated upon check out after your address is selected.
